March 31, 2018: Second Annual Innisfil Seedy Saturday

Let the seeding season begin!

Innisfil Seed Library in partnership with the Innisfil Garden Club and the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library is presenting the second annual Innisfil Seedy Saturday! Innisfil Seed Library also reopens for its 3rd season.

When Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 10am to 3pm
Where Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, Lakeshore Branch 967 Innisifl Beach Road, Innisfil, ON
Free admission but donations towards the event are always appreciated. We are also accepting non-perishable food items for the Innisfil Food Bank.

Some highlights:

Local beekeeper and owner of Innisfil Creek Honey Brian Scott, along with his observation hive, will be talking about beekeeping as a hobby or business during our speaker series.

Over half of our exhibitors are offering seeds for purchase or free-of-charge including a Community Seed Swap.

Buy a rain barrel, a bird feeder, some local honey and so much more. Learn about making compost with the magic of worms, "Ask a Master Gardener" about pruning, or participate in fun planting activities for the whole family. Don’t forget to stop by the Hack Lab to create some garden-themed projects.

Delicious lunch available for purchase from Innisfil’s Pasta Plus.

There's a great line-up of vendors, exhibitors, speakers and activities! Return of the Native will be there with seeds, seedlings, books and information.
